चवदार शेपूची भाजी करण्यासाठी, खालील घटक लागतात

साहित्य :

२ कप ताजी शेपूची पाने, धुऊन चिरून

२ चमचे तूरडाळ भिजलेली

१ मोठा कांदा, बारीक चिरलेला

लसणाच्या २-३ पाकळ्या, बारीक चिरून

२ चमचे स्वयंपाकाचे तेल

१ चमचा मोहरी

१ चमचा जिरे

१/२ चमचा हळद पावडर

३-४ हिरव्या मिरच्या बारीक चिरून

मीठ चवीनुसार

१ चमचा साखर (ऐच्छिक)

१ चमचा लिंबाचा रस (ऐच्छिक)

  • शेपूची पाने धुवून बारीक चिरून घ्या. कांदा बारीक चिरून घ्या. भिजवलेल्या तूरडाळीचे पाणी काढून टाकावे. हिरव्या मिरच्या बारीक चिरून घ्या.
  • कढईत तेल गरम करा, त्यात सर्व फोडणीचे साहित्य घाला आणि ते परतून घ्या.
  • कांदा आणि लसूण परतून घ्या.
  • नंतर भिजवलेली तूरडाळ घालून चांगले मिक्स करावे.
  • आता कढईत चिरलेली शेपूची  पाने घाला. सर्व काही एकत्र करा.
  • चवीनुसार मीठ घालून परतून घ्या. लिंबाच्या रस आणि साखर घालून थोड्या वेळ शिजवा.
  • आपल्या आवडीच्या भात किंवा पोळीसह गरमागरम सर्व्ह करा.
